Addicks reservoir

HOUSTON Texas - Houses and roads west of Houston are already taking water after morning rising from the rising waters in the Addicks and Barker reservoirs. Bear Creek Village, near the Addicks reservoir, began to see a gradual increase in flood water levels around 4 am, said Jeff Lindner, with Harris County Flood Control District.
